By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase.
3.2 Payment Disputes: If your payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or canceled. You must resolve any payment disputes directly with us.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping: We will ship products to the address provided by you during the checkout process. Shipping and handling charges are additional and will be included in your order total.
4.2 Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery that are beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Returns: We accept returns of unused products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@marathonmiles.com.
5.2 Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.
